Under Swiss law (UWG Art. 3 para. 1 lit. s) the required items are the identity and address of the provider and a working email address. Commercial register and VAT/UID lines apply only if you are actually registered — delete them rather than leaving them empty. This is lighter than the German Impressum requirements the template was drafted against.

Typefaces

Aleo and Lato are used under the SIL Open Font License 1.1. The licence texts ship with the fonts.

Icons

Lucide, ISC licence. Portions are held by Cole Bemis 2013–2022 as part of Feather (MIT); all other copyright is held by Lucide Contributors 2022. The licence text ships with the vendored files.
